Welcome to @ProtectingERLC ("Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

By inviting or interacting with @ProtectingERLC, you agree to abide by these Terms and any updates we may make to them. Updates will be posted in our support server, and continued use of the Bot indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refer to our Privacy Policy for details. We collect Discord User IDs and server data for Bot functionality and do not share data without explicit consent.

4. Moderation Actions

The Bot may take automated moderation actions. Server admins are responsible for configuring these correctly. We are not liable for misconfigurations.

5. User Rights and Responsibilities

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data through our support server. Abuse of this right may result in a ban from the Bot.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The Bot is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for data loss, disruptions, or any issues caused by use of the Bot.

7. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Bot at any time for violations of these Terms.
